Quick Berry Jam FeelWell Nutrition

That’s my jam! This recipe does not require scalding glass jars or careful temperature measurements. As delicious as traditional jams are, and it’s a big tradition in a lot of families including my own, this quick easy ‘cheat’ jam is also gorgeous! I use blueberries or blackberries and it’s ready in minutes, yum!

You will need:

100g blueberries or blackberries

1.5 tbsp chia seeds

2 tsp date syrup

half capful apple cider vinegar

Method:

  1. Blitz the berries in a Nutribullet or food processor

  2. Add in the chia seeds and date syrup

  3. Add the apple cider vinegar

  4. A dash of water may be needed, depending on consistency

And that’s it! You have phytonutrients, and many other nutrients, in abundance in this quick and easy classic. Could this be your jam?
